I have only just now read this story and I want to tell you how much I like it! I tend to shy away from non-con because it can be a bit dark and upsetting, but this story was fantastic and even fun! I only wish I had read it sooner. Your stories always impresses me because your make the characters so full of life. It's almost like reading in full Technicolor. But, my favorite thing is the way that you seem to put so much love into each character because it makes me fall in love with each of them again. In this fic, you especially made me love Dru. You made her sympathetic but no less evil--probably the way that Wesley saw her in the story. You also made me love the dynamic between Angelus and Spike. Yes, Angelus is evil, but Spike rightly brought home the point that Angelus is also arrogant almost to the point of comedy. Yet, in the same story you had deeply touching insights into Giles's grief over Jenny and Buffy's complicated pain over Angel. Your insight into Wes and his childhood issues is always top notch and always gives me food for thought. I am impressed and amazed. Super great story!
