I thought the same about "Guise will be guise" and these glasses even spoiled the wonderful angst fest of "The thin dead line" for me.

We really should start a LJ community about the ugliness of Wesley's clothes, hair and glasses and how we suffered through it. We could post the most awful pictures there. ;)
