Yes, it's 'Redefinition' where Angel does the voice-over. He originally says he's isn't ready, and then does all his sexy work out thing, and then goes into the sewers and chops up vampires with his big sword, which he then very carelessly discards, saying that he's ready, and after that Wesley is in Caritas ordering a Bloody Mary. I always thought it was very careless of Angel to just leave that very nice sword there without even cleaning it, and that it would give Wesley or Cordy a very nasty turn if they found it lying in all that dust.

Yeah, I'd like to see his costume too. :)
